Disassemble Water Drilling Rig


       When disassemble a drilling rig, please pay attention some rules ,we should take apart the parts installed last. Then disassemble the parts install first. Removal should note the following.

      1. The open the gas, liquid, water line interfaces should be sealed to keep the pipe and the interface clean , in that way to avoid debris entering.

      2. Demolition should fastener packaged separately and marked with a label or loaded into the special box.

      3. Separate spiral around wrapped connections, nuts. Avoid high strength screw, nut and other screw, nuts confusion.

      4. Air system software should avoid contaminated with oil, Each pipeline external thread should wrapped by clean plastic sheeting, Avoid threads bumps and keep the pipe clean.
      5. When removing and lifting, no throwing, hitting, so as not to damage the parts.

      6. For longer distance transportation or long-term storage, it should do rain, moisture, rust treatment, and make package, filled packing list

      7. All liquids (oil, water) inside the device should be drained
