How to operate  AKL-150S electric portable drilling rig

        Ⅰ. Installation and Debugging
         Firstly, open the package to check whether all the accessories are in good condition. Then install the drill tower with drill head and steel wire according to the operating chart and make sure all of the components and joints are fastened well with screws. After that, all of the electrical parts should be kept connected as that do.
         Before drilling, pure 3L gear oil into the drill head to lubricate the hoist gears. Then check whether the wire rope is tightened well.
         Next, open the leakage protector and electric control power safely, and then gyrate the buttons with signs of  “Forward”, “Reverse”( for rotary of drilling), “Up” and “Down”(for lifting the drill head) separately. Practice and repeat these actions till the operators get used to these skills.
         Please note that when lifting the drill head, keep it not touch the top of drill tower, meanwhile, other workers are away from the drill frame for safety.

        Ⅱ. Drilling operation
         Start practical operation after you master the skills.
         Choose the best position for well before drilling. Generally speaking, make sure that the surface soil should be compact and there are no bricks, gravels and straws bellow, in case that any dangerous accident appear while drilling, such as, dilution, landslide, subside, etc. Secondly, dig a pit of 20cm*20cm*50cm with shovel there and move the installed drill tower up the dug pit center.
          Dig a impounding reservoir of 1m*1m*1m about 4m away from the drill machine (certainly, you can decide the reservoir position according to your actual landform there and the length of water pipe. )  Next, put in your pump and flood water in to submerge the pump well.  After that, connect the other side of the pump pipe with the water swivel on the drill machine.
          Start drilling. Screw the drill bit onto the first drill rod tightly. The assistant operator connect the drill rod with the drill head when the chief operator lifts the drill head slowly up to the frame top. Then fall the drill head slowly and the assistant operator need to put the drilling bit into the borehole through the hole at the frame bottom. To make it vertical and start the drilling rig and water pump. 

        Note: Keep the drill bits clockwise rotation, but not anticlockwise, or the drilling rods will be out of the joint and slide down.
        Add drill rods. After the ending of the first drill rod, the assistant operator should close the safety catch and stick the discharging rod clip. The chief operator rotates the drill rod counterclockwise, make it apart from the drill head and lift the head. Then the assistant operator can connect another drill rod with the drill head manually, and make the other side to face the first rod joint tightly. Now open the safety catch and unload the discharging pipe clip to keep the rod drilling clockwise. Repeat the above operation until you drill to the ideal depth in your sandy layer with water.
        Discharge the drill rods. Arrival the ideal depth, you should take note of this depth and turn off the rig. But keep the water pump working to wash the well until there is no sand pumped out. Then discharging the drill rods is available.
Firstly, close the safety catch, insert the discharging rod clip and rotate the drill rods anticlockwise apart from the drill head.
        Secondly, fasten the discharging plug onto the drill head and then fall the plug to connect the drill rods tightly.  Rotate clockwise and lift the drill rods to the top. When you see the bottom joint of the drill rod, stop rotation of the machine. Then close the safety catch, put on the discharging rod clip and rotate the drill rod anticlockwise. The drill rod will apart from the drill rig automatically.
        Note: When you discharge the drill rod with drill bit (that means the last drill rod), turn off the electric engine and rotate the rod manually.
