Special Suggestion For Water Drilling Rig Operation

                                        
 

1. When change the first drilling rod, try a short one first, and then change it into a longer one in a certain depth.
 

2. When pull up/down the handle of reducer, keep your action more gently and tentatively for some times and then pull it to the location hole. Please remember no violence here.
 

3. When drill to the soil or sand layer, you should adjust the mud proportion according to the condition of rushed out particle. If the particles are a little larger, add more loess or clay to the mud to increase the mud viscosity, and enlarge the floatage to rush out the sediment out of the drilling hole. But this way is not available in the rock layer.
 

4. When there need to stop the drilling machine for rest or anything else, be sure to increase the power throttle and let the mud pump run faster to rush out the sediment as much as possible. Then pull up the drilling rods 2m – 3m to avoid the drilling bit burying accident.
 

5. In normal drilling condition, stop the rotatory of the Kelly first and then stop the mud pump few minutes later. Try to rush out the sediment out as much as possible to avoid the drilling bit burying accident.
 

6. When the mud pump stop working for more than 2 hours in frozen days, unscrew the back cover of mud pump to let the water out, then keep the mud

pump idling for seconds. You must pump out all the remained water, so that to prevent freezing damage on the main parts.
 

7.  When drill to a certain depth, you should keep the low speed for further drilling because of the more added drilling tools in weigh
