The Maintenance of Hydraulic Drilling Rig
 
      Drilling rig needs regular care and maintenance, just like a car, good maintenance can extend the working life of drilling equipment, what is more, it can ensure the safety of worker when operating the machine. Here I introduce how to do the maintenance, Hope it can help you.
 
    Daily maintenance. Clean the surface of drilling rig, clean and lubricate the foundation trough and vertical side of drilling rig together with all exposed screws, nuts, and others. Check the transmission, position of the gearbox hydraulic system tank to see if there is any oil leak, then find solution and deal with these problems.
 
   Weekly maintenance. Finish all programs of routine maintenance. Remove the mud on gear chuck and kava. Clean the inside surface of the brake. Mechanical Troubleshooting
 
   Monthly maintenance:  Do all programs of routine maintenance carefully. Clean and check kava, if it wear out, replace it. Clean filters,  Replace the hydraulic oil if it go bad. Check other main part to see if some wear out. If the drilling rig don’t work for a long time, add engine oil or butter for some parts
