1. Make sure all parts to run well by pre-check. Such as, the fuel and machine oil in engine power, the hydraulic oil in tank, and the transmission oil in gearbox. Add lubricating oil in the needed parts.
 

2. Choose a good hole position, tamp and level the foundation on the sleepers. Then settle down the floor beam of the drilling tower and connect it with upper the host

machine. Keep the wide side of floor beam fit the operator standing side and connect all the stents accordingly. 
 

3. Then, lift the drilling tower as the following steps under the safety of the operators:
 

4. Wind the one side of steel wire through hoist drum, knot and fix it. Knot and fix another side with an U ring. Start the diesel engine and turn on the winch to roll the steel wire. Next, plug the up-tower tool into the vertical shaft hole and lock the Geneva wheel of up-tower tool with steel wire. Pass the U ring side of steel wire through the top hoisting sheave to connect with the drill tower well. Push down the right handle of hoist to lift the tower slowly. Meanwhile, keep other workers jack up the assistant stand of tower by hands. When the drilling tower stands almost vertically, loosen the right handle, and wrench the left handle of hoist to stop the tower continues lifting. When the up-down pulley and hole of vertical shaft are perpendicular to the position of drilling hole, connect the assistant stand and floor beam of drilling tower together, and fix them with mortise pins.
 

5. Finally, the drilling tower lifting finish successfully. Now take away the up-tower tool, readjust the direction of the U ring wire on the hoisting sheave, and loosen the hoist to fall it down to the ground. Connect the high pressure water tap with the Kelly, and the high-pressure rubber hose with the inlet of water tap.
